Joshua Tree National Park was absolutely breathtaking. I was lucky enough to explore it with my beautiful sis in law during magic hour, and she now has the first photo tattooed on her arm (number one fan status!) I love the rugged beauty and resilience of the Joshua Trees, and enjoyed learning the cultural & historical significance of them as well. Settlers who saw the tree's outstretched branches thought the trees resembled the biblical figure Joshua, which is where the name for these magical trees began.
